Hello,
In May 2017 I received a message from Upwork with a special promotion with 0% fee when I bring my own client to Upwork (I am a Top rated freelancer) and I received an invitation linked to send it to my client for register and activate this 0% fee. A few days ago, I send it to my client and he registered and started a Upwork contract and now, when the contracted is just ended I realized that I have standard 20% fee. What to do in this situation? It's obvious that I was not intended to bring my client to pay 20% to Upwork.

Hi Ancuta,
Open a ticket with Customer Support and provide them with the contract ID. As long as the client was not registered on Upwork in the past, the 0% fee should apply and they can update the fee.

I'm newer to Upwork. Is the option to bring your clients to Upwork for 0% fees available to everyone? If so, how can I find more information?
I would love to link my website directly to Upwork if an option like that is available.

It's only for TR and they can't have an account already. I got screwed out of 20% fees when I brought someone over because they didn't have a PayPal account but they had an Upwork account already, so I thought I was getting 0% fees and she wound up getting her partner with an account to invite/pay me. Annoy.

I am top rated and received an invitation or other email from Upwork about bringing my own clients to Upwork with no fee. I'm not sure if the program is still going on.

Of course you can bring your client, but not at the 0% fee until you get to top-rated status.

The mail I got for rising talent where asked to take a readiness test. Anyway after taking another test I got the badge again. So is it now possible to get the mail or link for bringing client with 0% fees?

No. You will never, ever get that badge again (Rising Talent!) You have a Job Success Score now. You can not have the Rising Talent Badge AND a JSS. This has now been explained to you twice.
Hopefully, one day, you will reach top rated status, THEN you will qualify for the 0% deal again, but for now, you do not qualify and can not get that.

Hello, I bought my client to Upwork. and now he has offered me the contract. Still, Upwork is charging me 1270$ for what reason I was told it will be a 0 percent fee.

The 0% service fee is not applied automatically on contracts so it is ok for the freelancer to see the regular fee when accepting the Job offer.
Once the contract is established (created or offer has been accepted), the Freelancer will need to email the Contract ID at the email shared with them in the support ticket they received from our team. Our team will review the request and apply the 0% fee on the contract within 3 business days.

No. You are not eligible for a 0% fee deal. as was explained to you previously. You will pay the service fee, and your client will pay the 3% payment processing fee.

You are not top rated or Rising Talent, so you can't get a 0% deal....
All your contracts will be at the normal fee percentage.

As Petra already shared Bring Your Own Client program is currently only available for Top Rated and Rising Talent freelancers!
If you are not meeting those requirements, you can still send a link to your profile to your client and they can sign up for an Upwork account and hire you for a contract. You’ll be paying a standard Service Fee.
