1 Account Hold

Hello , days ago i got message saying that my account Restricted

and that i use multiple Upwork accounts

and that's not right , i have and old account i created it like 6 years ago and this was the last time i opened it , then i opened it by mistake days ago just for 1 min , didn't use it or even have a contract or messages , i don't think it's even a completed profile so i know that this account can't do anything

now i got the message that Restricted my account and after i said these words in the request it's Solved

but right now i do have 1 Recent Account holds and it effects my Top Rated Badge

and i didn't do anything at all , didn't use another account , didn't open contract , did send 1 message , didn't go into Home page even , it was on the verification page then i logged out

less than 1 min

and this got me into trouble for 3 months , i do see that i didn't do anything

an account from 6 years opened for 1 min and it's not completed profile , didn't do anything

even i opened it by mistake cause it do have a similar name just 1 letter did this by misstake

can i get some help ? cause now the top rated badge will be removed even for 3 months too

If you are going to ask for help, be honest about the problem. You do have more than one account. It seems that the message you received is right.

i should not use 2 accounts right ?

and that's what i know

i didn't use 2 account

this old account not even finished and no one opened it since 5 or 6 years ago

so how i'm using 2 accounts now ?

and it's written that you shouldn't use 2 account beacuse of the rating and contracts between the 2 account , it's not even finished account so i don't think i deserve this account hold like any other one have second account and opened it and did a work from it to another account , it was only seconds and it was in the security question ONLY

None of that matters. You are only allowed to have one account. You should have continued with the first account and never opened a second one.

No. You are not allowed to HAVE 2 accounts. You have 2 accounts. You were caught. The end.

No, that isn't written anywhere. The rule is that you must not have 2 accounts.

You haven't been permanently suspended. A "recent account hold" will vanish from your account in 90 days. Be grateful you still have an account.
