Just seen that on a job, lower bidder is showing as $1 on a fixed price job. As per my knowledge, Upwork donot allow to bid less than $5 on fixed price jobs. How it happen??

I want to salute that person who proposed $1 for this job. Should I say he deserve 21 guns salute for his/her act of proposing lower amount.

Now I am wondering if in future UpWork ever allowed freelancer to propose a budget in (-$$$) then I think freelancer will pay from their own pocket to client for the work.

This is ridiculous when client himself is telling I am willing to pay $2,000.

Its time to leave this world.

Contractors can earn more money working on the moon because there is less gravity.

I think $5 minimum is on Elance only. Upwork only there is a $3 minimum for hourly works. No minimum amount for fixed jobs.
