Actually, first I want to upgrade my agency membership plan because but I was facing problem in my debit card so i have added a new card and my freelance plus active and when I added a same new debit card in agency profile then I am again getting the error" Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later." that's the reason to cancel the freelancer plus...First, I want to upgrade agency plan so i can add my team members then I will upgrade later freelance plus
As per up work community members discussion, i have downgraded the plan but my 10 USD deduct from my upwork balance why? I would also like to request a refund for plus membership that was billed today. I switched to basic and did not use any connects. Thanks.
