14 days Escrow automatically releases

I have this client, he has funded the second milestones but have reached him on countless occasions but dumb my messages. Please I want to know when does the 14 days period funds are automatically released to freelancer starts?

It starts when you click the "Submit work and request payment" button on the contract page. From there, they have 14 days to either approve the work or to request changes. If they take no action, the escrow is released at the end of those 14 days.

Hi Samuel,

The client has 14 days from the most recent submission on a milestone to review and approve or request changes. If your client doesn't respond to any milestone submission within 14 days, the deposit is automatically released to you. You can check this help article for more information.
