14 days since payment request

Hi. I finished the task and submitted it, but didn't meet response from the client even after I asked to submit the work and close contract.
I decided to wait 14 days (today is the 14th day) for automatical payment due to the client inactivity, but still, nothing happened.
How can I get my payment for this work?

You did not "resubmit" it, did you? If you used the "submit for payment" function, once only, the funds will be released after 14 days, sometimes it takes a few hours beyond the time it was submitted + 14 days.
