1st proposals to any job

Hey everyone,

How to give  1st proposals to every job?   Whenever I see the jobs it has a proposals less than 5. What does it mean? The job  is just posted  how can some one send a proposals in just few minutes?

I also want to send 1st proposal to job .  Is there any way to do it?

Less than 5 simply means 0-4.  You very well may be the first.

A good way to consistently be the first to apply is to get live updates, perhaps via an RSS feed.  You can do this with your plugin/software of choice.  There's a link to make a feed on the left side of the search page (it looks like a WiFi signal icon).
