2 Accounts on one PC

Is it save to use 2 different accounts of different people having differnt skills, profiles details, payment details on one PC.

No spamming, actually we are 2 siblings having one pc.
so can we use ours accounts on one pc (same ip)

Hi Muhammad,

It's okay for two different people to use the same computer to log into their separate Upwork accounts. Just make sure that login information is not shared and each user logs into her or his respective profile to do the work and track time.

So, Is there any problem with logging in using the same explorer, should log out before the second account  logging in?, and what is the differences between thais case and multiaccounts for the same person?

Please refer to the information Valeria shared above and note that two users can use the same computer if they don't log into each other accounts. While sharing accounts is different than creating duplicate accounts, both behaviours are prohibited by Upwork ToS.

 Your Upwork account is not associated with any agency and no, you can not "run 4 accounts" - from one computer or 4...

you are not getting me at all . I am not the owner of Both accounts , Both the accounts are of different owners. 

Let me try to explain it more clear

Me Mayank having a account with my name and also i am the owner of the Agency , I have just added yesterday one account in my agency which is of my cousin's account. So now both the accounts is having different owner . 

Now i want to know is can we both open their accounts on same computer or not ?

We are not violating any TOS at all thats why i want to be sure before doing anything .

I`m sorry about the confusion and thanks for the details as this clears everything.

No this is not a violation of our TOS and you can both use the same computer to work, just make sure that you`re logged out from your account when your friend needs to log in. Thank you.

 She is terribly cute,  but it is not an appropriate profile photo on a professional freelancing website, and against Upwork's terms of service, so yes, maybe keep the family shots for your social media.

That would not be physically possible, would it? You can only have and access one account / profile, and must never access someone else's account / profile. Clearly it is impossible for several people to use one laptop at the same time.

For e.g. My name is sanjay and my friend name is rohit.
Now sanjay having one account and rohit having one account.

Now sanjay open his account in google chrome in HP laptop. at that time sanjay open rohit's account in mozila firefox. It is possible but my question is, there are any policy violation or something??

How can Sanjay and Rohit operate the same laptop at the same time?

And yes, Sanjay opening Rohit's account is a violation. Tell Rohit to bring his own laptop. Problem solved.

I, Muhammad Atta Ullah, my 2 sibblings have a single PC, We dont have another so the question is ;
I installed 3 browser in my laptop so Our accounts logged in in three different browser, the main question  is that If my sibbling using her account and the Client's Check you are logged in or not,so If I remain logged in my Account(Also browser but not using by my sibbling ) while my sibbling using her account, is there any violation ?

Hi Muhammad,

It's okay for all of you to share the same laptop, though it's not allowed to share account information amongst yourselves. It would actually be best for you to not be logged in at the same time someone else is. In addition, you will not be able to use the Upwork Desktop App to track your time in more than one account at a given time.

I am working in a company where I manage different Upwork accounts. I can't use multiple laptops for it. 

Is it possible for me to use all accounts on one laptop and one web browser like Chrome or Firefox? If there is any restriction regarding Upwork terms, kindly let me know.

Hi Zeeshan,

You are violating the TOS by having multiple Upwork accounts and you risk getting all of them suspended. Your account is not linked to any agency on Upwork. You need to ask the agency owner to send you an invitation and give you the appropriate permissions for your Upwork account to work as a business manager. I am running many individual accounts. If I make an agency account and link all individuals to it, will I be able to bid from all accounts? or I will just bid from the agency account?

Zeeshan, as Pradeep mentioned, having multiple accounts is not allowed and is a serious violation of the Upwork Terms of Service. You can have an agency under your account and a team of individual freelancers linked to that agency.
