2-Step Verification isn't sending text/email

Not sure if I'm putting this in the right place, it feels impossible to navigate the community page. Anyway, as the subject says: 2-step verification isn't sending a text or (when I ask to resend) an email. 

I've tried several times over 2-3 days and I'm not getting anything (checked spam, etc. etc.). It's keeping me from doing pretty much anything at this point as I keep getting prompted by the verification screen (even when trying to access my settings to double-check my phone/email).
