2 accounts in 2 pc but using 1 Wifi or IP

hello, I am Atikur. i learned many designing skills from my elder sister. After getting a few jobs on Upwork and clients appreciating my work, my sister wants to join Upwork also. she has her own laptop, but both of us are using One single Wifi line or IP address. 

Is there any problem if she creates her account?

She is also a graphic designer like me. What can i do for her now?
