20 Manual Hours A Week - Showing 16 And Everything Else Is Overtime???

I have a client where we do 20 hours a week. I can only log 16 hours, everything else says overtime. The contract is still 20 hours a week if you're wondering. It won't let me add the other 4 hours. This has now happened (X2).

Tried to contact support and couldn't get through.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Chances are it is connected with the cut-off time for the week. Upwork's week  starts and ends at Sunday night midnight UTC, so it might look like you've only done 16 hours in your timezone, but there are actually 20 hours in the week when you look at it as a UTC week.
