Hi Sam,

I have a questions:
1) how did you manage hourly contract if you have a team? Did you add manual hours?
2) In your 12 years of upwork journey did you get any voilation email from upwork side?

1. you can add team members under your agency, manual or timer is fine

2. yes, i have. most are minor. it happens, a lot of these are system generated / using automation.
