I had a quick look at the profile and all looks OK,

1. add a video if you can

2. add more relevant certificatoons

3. get testimonials from clients you worked with outside of upwork

4. build a history and build more reviews

I had a quick look, a few small pointerrs for you:

1. add a video to your profile

2. add more certifications if you have them

3. I think you list way to many items in your intro.

4. add testimonials if you can, that would be great

5. add a portfolio of some of the work that you did

6. submit proposals, get smaller clients, make them happy, get reviews
