Hello,
I've passed the $10,000 mark with a client I do work for but I notice that the current and upcoming payments still show a service fee of 10% instead of 5%. How much over $10,000 do I need to go for the 5% service fee to kick in?

It'll kick in when it moves to Pending (Friday night UTC) - as that's when the fee is recalculated. Also remember that it will be proportional, so anything under the $ 10k is calculated at 10% and only the ( $ 20?) over the $ 10k will be at 5%.
