Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with Upwork. I received a refund request from a client due to the project being open for more than 75 days without any updates. However, when I tried to start a dispute, I encountered an error message saying "500: ERROR". I have already attempted to resolve the issue by clearing my browser's cache and switching to a different browser, but the error persists - the page just loads a white screen and then shows the error message. I have attached a screenshot of the error. I would appreciate a fast response.
