We transfer the payment to the local bank account which is not received yet, even we have passed 6 working days now, the surprise is that there is no way to contact Upwork in regard to track this issue.
Any help will be helpful.

Hi Ambereen,
Please keep in mind that It can take between 2 to 5 business days for the funds to be loaded on your bank account. If you have not received the funds after 8 business days let us know, and our team will initiate a trace on your transaction.
If you`re referring to a withdrawal under the agency, the agency owner will need to reach out to us after 8 business days directly, so that we can assist them further. Thank you!

I know this, but somehow this wasn't happening with me in the past, whenever I transfer money to local bank it was deposited on the same day I transferred. We already passed the 2-5 working day and can pass 8 days as well, but Upwork have to trace the transaction!
