6 days now and still connects doesnt roll over

Hello, I have not received my monthly connects (basic plan) yet. It writes: Current Billing Cycle Jun 16, 2019 — Jul 15, 2019. Can you help me?

Have you been transferred to the new system in which you have to purchase connects? If so, you won't receive any free ones anymore -- instead, your connects will cost $0.15 each. Upwork has been transitioning freelancers over to the new system for the last few weeks. My understanding is that everyone will be on the new system by June 25.
