Previously, I upgraded my membership to use my account balance. This time they want MasterCard or Promo code. But unfortunately, I don't have both services. So my questions are

1. How I get a promo code?

2. How I will upgrade my membership without MasterCard?

At the moment we don't have any Promo codes available. Regarding upgrading to our Plus plan, you can use your available earnings or by adding a Billing Method. If you're still experiencing any problems on your end after this, let me know here. Thank you.
