A bad feedback, second one in raw, but it should be resolved

Hi gyus, I have recieved a bad feedback a second one in raw. 

I am an artist.

 

And I know it might look bad and any moderator looking at this might decide that something is wroong with my service.

Actually, it is not about the service or its quality I have made a mistake and have chosen a  client with no history.

 

And in both cases client has contacted me themselves so they for some reason decided  that my art was suitable for them and asked to work on a project.

 

For the first one I have already resolved the problem, but for the second one:

 - client has changed their task several times, and during this communications and their changing plans i had drawn them several drafts for their projects that has lasted more than 2 weeks and i have recieved around seventeen dollars.

 - at last trial client did not like my drawing and despite i had not even charged the price for the last drawing (I had to charge 2 houres work time which for me was 30 usd ) and have written that I would first wait for their aproval they have canceled the contract and have left a review 3 stars.

 

Nothing to say that i have delivered three distinctively different variations of drawing.

 

I really do think it is unfair and this terrible review can be removed from my profile. But first wanted to ask here how can I defend myself in future from this kind of clients, I do not want to go through this process again and again and slowly destory my reputation and nerves. I mean how can i use this experience and this community to not only resolve my current problemme but to make chances for me to have desire to complain about unfairness and concentrate on qualiy of my work.

 

I will appreciate your support, help and advice.

If you refund the full amount, it will disappear, but the impact on your JSS will remain.

The secret to success is client selection. It seems you have to improve your selection process.

I understand your concern and really feel bad for this , I was also faced this problem on my profile you can easily get high success ratio by converting more clients on upwork 

 

So your profile will be boost and take best reviews from your clients then it would not look bad for your future work.
