I'm an expert game developer,
There's a job where the client asked me to clone a part from a Single Player (The Witcher 3) which is (Gwent Card Game)..
After me programming a clone of this part I should also make it multiplayer with some different (rules/values of cards) for only him and his friends to play together, he doesn't want/aim to sell or get any financial profit from this game, he just wanna play it with this own friends to have fun together.
I was wondering what's the legality of doing that ?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Ahmed.
I'll be sure to flag this Job post for the correct team for their review if it's violating Upwork ToS.

Hi Ahmed,
I can confirm that the team has taken action according to Upwork ToS and the job in question has been canceled.
Thanks for flagging.

Hey, are you sure it's cancelled by the upwork team ? or the owner just cancelled it?
cuz he just posted another job with more detailed explaination..
I just want someone of the legality team to reply on me and tell if this is legal to do or not so I can take a decision.

Best to ask a (your own) lawyer (and I am not one) but I'm pretty certain it is (pretty obviously) NOT OK.
