A contract title in my profile is different from the title on my contracts page

Hello,

My profile page shows a contract title which is different from the contract title I applied and working on it.
Also, I checked my contracts page and it shows the right title but not on my profile!
I read here that changing an ongoing contract title is not that easy so, how this could have happened?
