A dispute I started is not allowing me to send or recieve messages?

I opened a dispute against a client and put a long message in. The client and the Upwork helper responded and then I responded once more. The next day I went to see if their was a responce and couldn't see my own last message, just that of the clients. I messaged in the private chat with the Upwork worker twice and can see it but cannot see their response. It keeps showing that a notification is present and that it was last updated recently whenever I look but whenever I open it I can't see any messages except for the first three. Please help!!
