A message from Zendesk

Hello,

 

I have received a message from support@upwork.zendesk.com which asks me to edit my bank details. I don't see any notification on my Upwork account relating to this, therefore, I am wondering if this is a reliable source or a fraud. Attached is the message I have received. Please kindly clarify. Thanks, Yuki Sakuma

The message suggests to make changes on upwork, not on a suspicious link. I'd say it's legit, if you ever used the withdrawal to local bank.

Her screenshots contain two links. Since we cannot see where they would take her her doubts are valid. She is not new to Upwork.
