I see many disputes involving what is expected and what is delivered. 

Thanks to Tim K on other thread here is a site that has many FREE contract templates that one can customize and submit to buyers BEFORE starting the work.

I met their founder some 10 years ago in Minsk... It is good indeed.

But the problem is, on Upwork it is of little help anyway. If the client is frustrated and mediation goes against him, he just makes a chargeback and you lose your money no matter what.
