I want to reinstate my account. It was suspended and I don't know why. How can I reinstate my account?

My account got suspended all of a sudden. No notification.

I have never placed a bid and my account is still under review. I was promised to receive an email in 72 hours, but it is now more than a month, nothing nothing nothing.
Please, can I know why my account was suspended?
