ACH Payment Transfer Request Rejected.

Tried withdrawing my available funds to my Indian bank account but the request was rejected and following was the reason cited

The reason for returned funds is invalid data in the following fields: taxNumber.

My Tax Information along with PAN has been long added and verified. Still unable to withdraw funds. 

Never had this issue with upwork before. Anyone else experiencing this?
