AFTER DİSPUTE MY PAYMENT İS NOT COMİNG

Hi everyone,

I was in dispute and meditation process.  Then I win in mediation process. My Client release my payment in escrow. But upwork didn't pay my payment. 30 days gone but there is no any payment. 

HOW CAN I DO FOR THİS SİTUATİON ?
