***AUTO HIDDEN CANNED RESPONSE*** are you enjoying it?

So once again i had a chat with odesk and got this CANNED response: To help clients find the best freelancers for their project, we review freelancers using a variety of metrics, including customer satisfaction and professionalism. Unfortunately, youโ€™ve had at least a few clients who have not been completely satisfied with your work. Therefore, relative to other freelancers applying for jobs, your application is not as strong and may be listed below those with stronger histories, or hidden. Please know, satisfaction and professionalism are assessed by looking at many performance indicators beyond feedback, including client complaints, responsiveness levels, accuracy of profile and/or identity information, missed deadlines, disputes and more. We take into account both jobs you complete and jobs where you provide a full refund or you close the contract before working. To ensure your job applications are highly ranked, apply to jobs where your skills and past work experience are a great fit and build a great relationship with your client every time. This means being truthful on your profile about what skills you have, ensuring before you accept a job offer that you can meet the clientโ€™s expectations, delivering on time, and communicating with your client throughout the project and especially if you run into problems. By providing this type of quality experience and satisfying clients, your applications will once again be ranked highly for clients. lol, I am not even having a negative feedback, all my clients are satisified and that's what happening with many freelancers on oDesk. I don't know what to do now as I am not getting any invitations and odesk pushing me continuously in the hidden folder. What are you going to do guys in this situation?

I'm amazed you can remain so calm. [quote: oDesk response]apply to jobs where your skills and past work experience are a great fit and build a great relationship with your client every time. I am showing my stats again and again to them and still they are not even interested to talk or write an extra line. I am only getting a canned response of 3 lines every time. I told them that there are several freelancers in the HIDDEN tab who are more qualified than the people in the MAIN LIST and you know what i GOT? AN ANOTHER CANNED RESPONSE!!!!!! Woah...that's cool...isn't it???
I'm amazed you can remain so calm. Why Odesk support, representatives, or whoever the blank is in charge of all these stupid, stupid, and stupid changes. You're ruining opportunities here every single chance you get! I suppose it doesn't matter to this platform if the money begins to slowly sail away to better work platforms? For those of us contractors who have been pulling in thousands a month, I'm sure I can speak for many when I say other avenues are already being explored. Odesk is going to lose some of its best contractors, and I've said this many times. I can't believe these disgusting features, and the lack of responsiveness by this company to those who have complaints. After all, the contractors are the life-blood of this platform. Can you imagine what would happen if 75% of the contractors here just stopped working? What kind of platform would this be then? The problem is no one will come together to make a difference, just like with any other situation. Just a few complaints aren't going to change anything. However, if there were hundreds to thousands of contractors barraging support with complaints--perhaps something would change. My stomach turns because of all this crappola. My own income is being impacted, and I'm losing opportunities due to these features. It stinks like rotten fish on the shore bank ๐Ÿ˜ž ๐Ÿ˜ž ๐Ÿ˜ž

Misty, they are not even listening to our genuine complains. I mean a client of mine told me that he found a bangladeshi guy in the main list and you know what he was having in his cover letter? here it is: Hello, I interested in job. (notice the high quality English) Thanks FREELANCER'S NAME Clearly he is more qualified than me, lol (as per oDesk's new feature to help clients)
Why Odesk support, representatives, or whoever the blank is in charge of all these stupid, stupid, and stupid changes. I can't understand it either..... What is Odesk thinking? Is there plan to turn into an unqualified pool of workers for the lowest possible fee? And I know, it's like we are talking to the air. You'd think higher ups of this corporation would come to see the complaints and make adjustments, but not as yet. Really poor professionalism for this platform.

I am really waiting for them to SEE what's happening with us...they are not even responding in these kinda threads ๐Ÿ˜ž not even in the main thread :(
I can't understand it either.....
... Is there plan to turn into an unqualified pool of workers for the lowest possible fee?
Yes, it feels like this sometimes.

I MAKE YOUR PHOTO THE BEST", portfolio of before/after photos on green background with orange font, blurred/plastic-like faces gets the job instead of me, because she has 1000 hours. I find it ridiculous. I'm not pointing out profiles, because that'd be just rude. I really don't know how they hire people like that in the first place. Fortunatelly, they do get bad feedback from time to time, I hope they fix that bug and make that "canned message" appear to people like that, not to you guys. Maybe that was odesk's idea? Who knows.

I have faced same problem. I agreed with you. Tanzil Omar Habib
