Namo:

Maybe you should do:

Nothing.

Go here:

Upwork -> My Jobs -> My Jobs

Do you see a job listed under "Active contracts?

If you do NOT see a job, then you have NOT been hired. There is no job. Do not work.

If the client sent you a TRUE offer, then it means the client clicked the "Hire" button, and you will be presented with an "Accept" button.

Have you seen the "Accept" button?

No?

Then it means the client did not send you a true offer.

Hi Namo,

Thanks for reaching out. If your client already sent you to offer and you accepted it. Then you already hired for the project. I am assuming you might confuse the project task. I would suggest you discuss the project details with the client. SO that you can start work ASAP.

Hope this answer help Smiley Happy

Let me know if you have any questions or so.

Thanks

This is the order of things:

1. You send a proposal or get an invite.

2. You discuss the project with client, and agree on terms.

3. Client sends offer.

4. You don't accept before you receive files, etc to start working.

5. Client sends files.

6. You accept and start working.
