Hi.
I am a new freelancer in Upwork. I am currently facing a problem verifying my ID. Upwork notified me that I should verify my ID within 7 days. It should be a government ID with bank statement/utility bill documents with the same address in ID and bank statement.
My problem is that I have relocated my place 4-5 years back and the ID contained before living address but the bank statement address is my current address. However, Upwork said it both address should be same for verification. I am trying to fix the address ASAP but it will take at least 3 weeks.
How can I solve the problem or any suggestion? Please help me in this regard.
