About Upwork Account User Name

Hi there, 

I want to know, where can I find my Upwork account Username?

Go to Setting> Contact Info

There are three options

1.user Id

2.name

3.mail address

which one i choose from these?

You will see a pen icon on the right side. You can change your name or email address by clicking the pen icon.

I don't want to change anything . I want  to know which option choose from following  mentioned things when i go to the contact info?

1.user Id

2.name

3.mail address etc.

Your user name is your natural name as in official documents.
