Hello, In accordance with Upwork's service fee policy, If I earn more than $1000 through the same contract from a single client the service fee should be deducted at 5% instead of 20 or 10%.
I already earned more than $1500 from a single client through the same contract but Upwork still deducting 10% service fee from my bill.
May I know is this happening and how to fix it?

It's $10,000, not $1,000.

Sifat:
You don’t need to do any. There is nothing that needs to be fixed. This is working properly.
It does NOT need to be the same contract. ALL contracts with the same client count toward the fee reduction.
The change from 10% to 5% takes place after you earn $10,000 with a single client. (Not one thousand.)
