About profile visibility

Hello, I am a freelancer I have recently joined Upwork. I am seeing one issue with searching my profile. My profile visibility is public But My profile is not appearing in seach. 
Please Let me know If anybody has any idea regarding it.

My full name is Mohit pansheirya which I was trying in talent search. I have tried using just "mohit P" and it is visibeling easily.
