Absence of the boost option on jobs post

I am a new freelancer on Upwork and have noticed the absence of the boost option on all the jobs post-updates. This makes it challenging for newcomers like me. I request consideration for its reinstatement or an alternative. Additionally, I am seeking clarity on eligibility criteria, as it is not currently visible. Your guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.

Eligibility is determined by an algorithm and I doubt Upwork will provide more details about the criteria used. If they do, they might as well tell us the criteria for ranking proposals, positioning profiles in search results, and calculating the JSS. They have never revealed any of these.
