Everytime I'm trying to accept an offer, the website says "An error has occurred. Please try again later".
How to fix this?

I checked your account and can confirm that actions have been taken against the client's account, which is why you're unable to accept the client's offer. Once they clear the hold on their account, you should be able to proceed with accepting their offer.
