Accepting Dispute

Hi Upwork Comunity,I hope you are doing well .Recently I had a dispute on a hourly contract with manual hours .I am willing to accept it but its says $40 (for 4 hours) will be debited from my balance which is not even paid by the client yet and is in review from the client side . I am concerned if I accept dispute and client takes the work and my money also if his credit card failed to charge by the upwork on the billing date?

Its manual hours so I can't  reject the dispute as this is not accepted by upwork .
