Access Denied to files

Hello Upwork Community, 
I have a client whom I exchanged some files with a few months ago, and now I need these files to do the new assignment. But when I try to download them I get the AccessDenied error.
Is there someone that can help me with this?

Wouldn't it be faster to ask the client? Did you save the files anywhere else?

I cannot access files that were delivered to me last year by my freelancer.  I get an "access denied" error.  ANy reason why I can't see these files?

Upwork is not a file exchange service.

Upwork is not a file repository.

 

I would never even think of trying to ask Upwork personnel to help me obtain files.

 

When I create or work on files for a client, I save those to my own archives. Or I obtain files from the client.
