Access to profile

Hello! I have some problems with my account! I'm Andrey Lanovsky my account was registered like 2017/07.


I have writing to help desk some messages, but no one answer it. So now I register new one account.

I need help to reload my account -https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~016ac04437f3b99541 this is my account. I don't have access to the e-mail. **Edited for Community Guidelines**, so I can't do it with your system.
I have access to the phone and other previous e-mail. 

I will be really glad if you help me!
