Accidentally created duplicate account

A few years ago I created an account on this platform, didn't really have much success with, and promptly forgot about. Yesterday, I attempted to access it again, but was informed that the email in question is not associated with any account. Confused, I came to believe that my memory was deceiving me, and hence created a new account.

Just a moment ago, I discovered that I DID, in fact, have a previous account here. It was on some email address I've long since stopped using, hence why I was unable to access it. I'm aware that having a duplicate account is a serious ToS issue, and would like to get this situation resolved as soon as humanly possible, but am not sure how to direct get in contact with an Upwork staff member?
