Hello,
In my settings I tried to add a client's account to my freelancer's account and then changed my mind.
I clicked "Close My Account" and it deleted my freelancer's account, too. So I cannot log in anymore...
How do I get my freelancer's account restored?

Hi Karlis,
We should be able to reinstate your account for you. I wanted to confirm that you only wanted the freelancer context of the account reinstated?

This is my duplicate account, which I have opened to get help from site moderators.
My user name of my old account, which was closed by mistake was '**edited for Community Guidelines**'.
Could that account be restored,please?

Please know that freelancers are not allowed to have more than one account on Upwork, regardless of the old account being closed, or suspended. Having multiple freelancer accounts is a serious violation of the Upwork Terms of Service.
