Accidentally gave a refund

Greeting,
I accidentally gave a refund to a client for whom I work by the hour.
Refound is currently pending.
Can we somehow cancel the refound in agreement with the client because we have determined together that it is a mistake?
I hope you can help me and thanks in advance.

My ref ID for refounding is 369317937.
And what is the ticket? I hope that you will contact me soon.

Why not just ask him to pay it to you again?

Upwork takes 20 percent on each transaction.
So in this case,  I would get back 20 percent of the 80 percent of what I refunded him.
This will be my last case where and I will be at a loss.
So I try to solve it in a way through customer support.
