Accidentally sent money to an old Paypal account

Hi Upwork Team,

I've seen a few other people post a similar situation in the past and it looks like I will need help from the support team here at upwork to retrieve the funds.

I sent funds to an account that was no longer active, however I can see that since the funds were not claimed in time, they have been refunded on the 29th of Sept, however they are not showing up in Upwork again.

Please assist.
