Accidentally used time tracker for another client

Hello team,

I realized that I clicked on the wrong contract when tracking time for my client today. I am attached a screen shot. How can this be resolved?

Hi Roxanne,

 

I would recommend you to take screenshots of all the screenshots in the "incorrect" client's work diary and delete the incorrect time logged. Then communicate with your ''correct'' client about the issue and request permission to log manual time in his work diary.
