Account (Edited) was fully working and she was able to place the bids, not it says not approved.

**Edited for Community Guidelines**account was fully working and approved. She was placing the bids and now she wants to upgrade to plus and buy connects to apply for jobs, wants to update the profile as well. 
it's not letting her buy connects and now it says - account is not approved yet. Strange!

Upwork, please let us know.
