Account Hacked

Someone has spamed on me and changed my profile picture. I'm shocked as I dont know who did that. I might have logged in to some device and forget to log out. And now I'm unable to change my picture. 

I'm ready to have a varification call but the profile pic is not updating. I have also changed my password but still unable to change the picture.

Please HELP!
