Account Hold mistake

Hey Guys.

 

I am faced with a weird situation, where my account was placed on hold and then released becasue of "circumvention". furhter down the explanation line, a customer service representative mentioned that:

That said, I only have a freelancer account and not a client account. Offering a pyament to one of my freelancers is not something a freelancers would do, but rahter what a client does for it's freelancers.

 

Did anyone experince this, and how did you get it fixed, because now I lost almost 20 proposals to clients, for something I didn't do.
