I have been having difficulties getting my account approved. I have made changes several times trying my best to adhere to the guidelines and resubmitted to no avail. Each time the approval is withheld, and I receive the message:

I click on the link to view the support messages hoping to get some clarification. To my surprise and dismay, there are no support messages. As such, I remained clueless as to why my account fails approval. Frustrated by this, I sent a ticket to inquire about this issue. The response I got was:

I responded asking for clarification. It has been close to 24hrs, and I am yet to receive a response to my query. It would be much appreciated if someone could shed some light on the issue, so I can rectify it or move on. Thank you in advance for your time.
