Account Ownership Verification Required [NWM]

 Hi,

I received an email a few days ago that my Upwork account was temporarily placed on hold. I already sent the required photos and the site said, someone, will get back to me within 24 hours. But, I haven't received any response and update.

If someone will walk me through to solve this issue, I would be grateful.
