Account Parmanently Suspended

Hello Community,

It's very bad news for me. I joined at upwork some years ago. Then from my account i earned more than $2k and suddenly my account was suspended as many proposal submitted. I didn't understand then what should i do. That's why i created an another account as i didn't understand the Upwork policy... After created this new account, I earned more than $7k from various clients. Then again my account was suspended as i violate by creating a account again on upwork...It seems, I can't create any account at upwork. I read all rules and policy of Upwork and i'm full suitable to work by Upwork...

I'm really sorry that's i violate the policy by creating this account more than 2 years ago... Now i strongly know, How to use Upwork. Can anyone help me, How can i get back this account??? I promised that, I never biolate any policy. How can i get a last chance to get back my account? I'm really passing a critical situation as i've lost my job. But i've many skills and have more than 7 years experienced with my skills. Can you please help me to give me a chance???

I'm sure, I can earn more than $1000 per month as i'm really skilled now and really know the upwork policy. Recently i got 1 Certificate from Google... I need only one last chance.... I violate the policy as i really didn't understand what should i do...
