Account Reactivation

  • Hi, I haven't used my Upwork account in a while and it seems like it has been deactivated. May I please ask your assistance to reactivate my account again so I can start applying for freelance jobs? Thank you!

Hi Michelle,

 

I checked your account, and there are no limitations on your account. It is active and you can update your profile so that you can start submitting proposals to jobs you're interested in. You might want to check this post and the freelancer resources to help you get started on Upwork.

Thank you for the quick revert. I checked my account again and it says “profile is no longer available” whenever I click on my freelancer profile. May I know how to go about this? Thank you.

Could you please click on my name and send me a PM with screenshots of the error message you are receiving on your end when you try to log into your account? I will be sure to look into your report and escalate it accordingly.
